Did I hear correctly that the Temperature yesterday morning as 28 degrees in Daytona Beach, Fla. Birthplace of Speed and home of blue hairs???????????
I know temp on my back porch yesterday was 30............
SO IT FINALLY HAPPENED........
IT WAS COLDER IN FLORIDA THAN IN MISSOURI......
Glad the Barngoddess1 and I put off our Florida vacation to April instead of this week.

Luckily, I am down in Naples and yesterday morning the low was a balmy 33 but the gusting to 25 MPH winds made all the difference. Happy New Year Horsefarmer and family.
Yea well...thats why we have propane heaters in our man-cave....
and oh yea...it was cold...
I saw a witch with a heated bra on......a well digger with a blanket around his butt...and according to some kid in college...betty sue is going to make his day tonight...
but all and all...as my daughter used to call them, I am wearing long-sleeved pants....
and have dug the old Mary Lou made comforters out of the back of the closet....not good for close cuddling...but damn good for staying warm....
