Benjamin Model 122

OK

Here I go again.... The weather finally warmed up enough for me to go outside without my carharts on. After all the temp was 28 the other morning.
Finally only went down to 40 overnight. Now in the 70s and I am able to function.

Remember the pellet pistol that we had in Shrewsbury?

Benjamin Model 122, manufactured between 1935 and 1940.

We used it to shot at the squirrels that were getting into the St Charles street house.
I remember not being able to pump it, and had to have Bob or Jim pump it for me.




Well it really needs some TLC.

I have taken to the local gun shops and no one knows anything about them.

Contrary to the knowledge about PUNCHY's 45. more on that later.

So after the last few hours on this computer, I found a dealer shop in Deland Florida. About 2 hours or so away.

Sent them an email, hopefully they can restore to original condition.

So my question to you all out there =

Does anyone remember the story of how Dad got it?

It has "Benjamin Rifle Co, St Louis, MO" and "122" on it, but no serial number.

Just wanting to get some history to put with it.

So if you have info, well be free to email with it.

I am making a neat gun case to display it in.
