Insurance giant paying out $165 million in bonuses
WASHINGTON – American International Group is giving its executives tens of millions of dollars in new bonuses even though it received a taxpayer bailout of more than $170 billion
WHAT THE HECK is going on here?
Sell shitty loans and get a bonus at MY expense.
AIG should not get a penny more. Tell your Senators and Congressmans.... HELL NO
$170 billion and then give out $165 to "The large bulk of the payments at issue cover AIG Financial Products, the unit of the company that sold credit default swaps, the risky contracts that caused massive losses for the insurer"..
Screw the people AIG sure is doing. and they don't give a damn about anyone but themselves..........
Obama where is this going????? I'd write Kit Bond but he doesn't care, he's got a healthy retirement check.. Roy Blunt... he sure doesn't care, all he wants is Kit's job......

This is sick. Why in the world are we helping these companies that keep sending millions to people who do not know how to run a company? Furthermore, I fear this is just the tip of the iceberg--there are so many ways these funds are hurting 'average Joes' but benefiting those in high places. Look what Enterprise rent-a-car did to get bailout funds:
